Account & subscription

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  • Manage or cancel: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad, or System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on Mac.
  • Refunds: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple processes all App Store refunds — we don't have access to issue them on your behalf.

Subscriptions purchased through our website (Stripe)

  • Manage or cancel: sign in at jotley.ai/account and open the billing portal to update payment, change plans, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: email support@jotley.ai from the email tied to your account, with your most recent receipt or Stripe charge ID and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are typically issued within 14 days of purchase, or on a pro-rated basis for longer plans — see our Terms for the full policy. Once issued, the refund returns to your original payment method in 5–10 business days.

What's the difference between Essential and Unlimited?

Both plans include Ask AI (Chat with Notes). Essential gives you generous monthly allowances perfect for casual users. Unlimited removes all caps - ideal for power users, professionals, and teams who need maximum flexibility.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your notes are yours and are never stored by Jotley. They optionally backup to your iCloud account. We simply can't access your content.

How long can my meetings be?

Jotley supports meetings and recordings up to 3 hours long. Whether you're capturing a quick standup or an extended workshop, your full transcript and AI-powered summary will be ready when the meeting ends.
